Many of us hate the notion of the societal cancel culture and what it has become and it’s impact on society. However, the cancel culture I’m referring to, for your mental health, is to cancel the subscriptions to the things that negatively impact your life and keep you from living your best lives. We need to cancel our subscriptions to Toxic Friendships, Complacency, Regret, and Self-Loathing.
