Adelaide has more than a decade of experience in the technology world, leading product teams in healthcare analytics and supporting executive teams on product strategy. As an actuary for the largest health insurer in Massachusetts for 5 years she was at the tip of the spear of healthcare reform before launching into technology startups.
But none of that matters because in the middle of a pandemic she decided to throw all of that experience out the window and launch Kachaca Spirits, her own brand of of Brazil’s favorite spirit, cachaça. Despite having no prior experience in the wine and spirits industry she has successfully navigated the complex world of international supply chain management, the US’s three tier system, and social media marketing to bring her brand to market.
